Number One

Just imagine the worst sickness, the pain, and the fatigue. The deep fog covered all around your head that makes you to go to the hospital. Now think of having this condition everyday and knowing that going to the hospital is useless. Because the doctors will never find anything wrong and send you home without giving you the medicines. This is what fibromyalgia feels like.

Number Two

Now imagine you wake up exhausted everyday, like you haven’t slept in days. As you are lying in bed, trying to find the energy to get up from bed and go to the bathroom. While doing this, the thought “Can I make it through another day?” is all over your head. Then think that everything you do, even the smallest of the tasks, are like walking in mud trap.

Number Three

Now let’s suggest there’s a phone, there is something wrong with the charger. No matter how long you put it on charge it never gets past 50%, only if you are lucky. You put the phone on low performance mode, kill all the apps from the task manager to save the battery. But it is still of no use. It quickly drops to zero in no time. Now imagine you have a lot to do in a day and you are this phone.

Number Four

You know, how you feel when you have the flu, body aches all over, everything hurts in your body. Even your hairs and nails feel like coming right off. These were the good days.

I wish several times that my body is bruised all over so people might take my pain seriously.

Number Ten

Picture yourself in a wrapped burrito by a blanket that is made from the massage chairs with balls in them. And you have no idea how many of them will be pressing on to you and where. Sometimes it’s like the deepest muscles of the body are getting punched repeatedly, like a punchbag. All the time I can not think straight.
